IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
Apart from our hotels technical equipment, we wish to inform you about the extinguishing and warning systems relating to our hotel fire and earthquake safety. Although, all security and safety measures have been taken into consideration in our hotel, we wish to draw your attention to the safety rules:  

FIRE SAFETY
The charts placed into the folder on working desk, give information on how to proceed during a fire and also indicates the nearest alarm button, fire extinguishers and fire exit doors.
Please check the location of fire exit doors in relation to your room.
All guest rooms, corridors and areas are equipped with fire and smoke detectors.
These areas are also protected with sprinkler systems.
Every guest room corridor has two automatic closing, smoke preventing steel doors.
A fire extinguisher is placed at every fire exit, leading you directly to the hotel looby.  

DURING A FIRE
In the event of fire, even the smallest, please dial “9” for the Operator to activate the alarm system by breaking the glass of alarm box and press the alarm button.
Take your door key and proceed to the nearest fire exit, leading you to the Lobby.
Please pay attention to the hotel staff in charge.
Never use elevators during a fire.
Should you be trapped in your room;
Please wet every towel in your room, tug them under the doorand and place them in front of the air conditioning ventilation grills.
Fill the bethtub with water.
Inform the switchboard of your situation.
Stop the air
conditioner in your room.

DURING AN EARTHQUAKE
When the tremor begins, keep calm, do not run or panic.
Remain where you are. If you aer outdoor, stay outdoors. If you are indoors, stay indoors.
Get away from windows.
If you are indoors, sit or lay down next to the bed or stand against an inside wall or in an inside doorway or if it all possible, find shelter under a study desk or table. Kneel down and cover (duck and cover) your head with your arms.
Do not panic or attempt to evacuate. Pay attention to the emergency announcements. If evacuation is needed, wait until emergency exits and stairs will be inspected for safety before use!
Do not use elevators.
If you are outdoors, stay away from overhead electrical wires, poles or anything else that migt shake loose and fall (such as pieces of the building).  


EVACUATION OF THE HOTEL
In case of evacuation, the announcement system will be used.
During an hazardous event the meeting place for guests is the designated area across the hotel.
Do not use the levators during evacuation.
Never run, keep calm.
When evacuation, always proceed downwards, never upwards.
Always follow directions of emergency personnel.
